- Ensuring safe service of alcohol
- Processing payments by card and cash
- Till reconciliation
- Continually replenish stock and clean the bar
- Change kegs
- Adhering to standards and procedures
- Ensuring bar and other areas are clean and maintained
- Full Time
- Wine, Beer, Spirits & Cocktail knowledge essential.
- Food service experience essential.
- +3 years Busy bar and restaurant experience required
- Excellent English
- Other duties as requested
Pay: From €15.50 per hour
