Barberstown Castle Hotel are recruiting experienced Food and Beverage Assistants for our Breakfast Service.
The role is not a weekends only role. It is for 5 morning shifts per week over the 7 day period. Start times may be from 6:30am / 7am / 8am up to 12pm or 2pm approximately depending on roster and hotel requirements.
This may suit someone who enjoys working early mornings and has the passion to bring their experience in food and beverage service to our guests.
The role entails:
- Working with the breakfast team and managers to efficiently and promptly take and deliver breakfast orders efficiently and promptly.
- Providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all breakfast guests.
- Preparing and setting up the breakfast area before and after service.
- Adhering to HACCP standards.
- Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience with restaurant or hotel breakfast service.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel breakfast service practices and protocols preferred.
