Café/restaurant management experience (or similar)

Used to high-volume service and busy periods

Strong people management, training and rostering

Good commercial eye: labour, stock, waste and margins

Solid HACCP, food safety and H&S standards

Calm, organised and comfortable in a healthcare setting

Oversee day-to-day café/restaurant service

Plan rotas and manage labour costs

Manage stock, ordering, deliveries and waste
