We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper (Using Quickbooks) to join our team at our office 1 - 2 days per month and a set amount of hours remote. Our current book keeper of 10 years has emmigrated and is working remote, She will provide full assistance in helping you settle in to the role via phone, e mail, teams calls. (unfortunitally we require our bookerkeeper to be present in the office some days in the month)
We are flexible on how the hours are made up each week and can variey week to week to suit you.
We are using quickbooks and our inhouse storage billing syatem.
Role to include:
VAT return preperation
P&L reports
Monthly management accounts
Quickbooks data entry
Debt collection
Invoicing.
Pay: From €20.00 per hour
