Blackthorn Restaurant -
We are seeking a talented and passionate pastry chef to join our close-knit team at our fire-led, fine dining restaurant in Galway.
You will be responsible for creating desserts, breads and petit fours. This role is suited for someone with genuine passion for exceptional ingredients, technical precision and thoughtful presentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience creating refined desserts using seasonal, locally sourced produce.
- Experience in a fine dining kitchen (Michelin experience is desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- The ability to work calmly and effectively within a small, dedicated team.
- Maintain exceptional standards of hygiene, HACCP compliance.

Pay: €17.50 per hour
