Reporting to the Team Leader/Day Opportunities Co-Ordinator, you will help participants enjoy a meaningful, inclusive life while enhancing their independence in line with their choices, preferences, and needs. The role involves building strong professional relationships with families, staff, and community or statutory agencies to ensure the best outcomes for those we support.
