Liability Adjuster
Salary: €55,000 – €70,000 DOE
Location: Dublin 12
Work Model: Remote, on the road
My client is seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster to join their team, covering claims across Dublin and surrounding counties. This is a remote/ on the road role and offers an excellent opportunity for a strong technical professional looking to further develop within a market-leading organisation.
In this position, you will proactively investigate and manage a range of liability claims, delivering high-quality reporting in line with client requirements and service standards. You will play a key role in assessing legal liability, policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate employers’, public, product, and motor liability claims
- Assess legal liability, policy liability, and quantum
- Produce high-quality reports in compliance with client service standards
- Gather and analyse evidence to support claim outcomes
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively within the team while also operating effectively on your own initiative
Experience & Skills Required:
- Strong commercial background handling liability claims
- Previous experience in an external adjusting role (ideal)
- Relevant insurance/adjusting qualifications (APA/CIP or equivalent)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- High level of IT literacy
- Full driving licence
- Flexible and adaptable approach to workload

Hours:
Standard 35-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required during surge periods or where service targets must be met.
