About the Role
As our Massage Therapist & Wellbeing Assistant, you will take ownership of the daily delivery and flow of the Wellbeing Sanctuary. You’ll provide high-quality massage treatments, manage guest bookings with our co-ordinator, and ensure the spa experience integrates smoothly with lodge stays and wedding guests.
We’re looking for someone who is grounded, organised and guest-focused. Someone who understands that luxury is felt in the details. This role includes scheduled weekend work as part of a rota, aligned to guest demand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Treatment Delivery & Guest Experience
- Deliver professional massage treatments to the highest standard
- Create a calm, welcoming sanctuary environment for every guest
- Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to exceptional cleanliness standards
2. Spa Operations & Booking Management
- Manage daily treatment schedules using our spa system (Tribe)
- Monitor add-ons and spa bookings connected to lodge reservations and communicate with front-of-house to ensure no booking is missed
- Confirm treatment times with guests and manage availability efficiently
3. Collaboration Across the Estate
- Work closely with reception and reservations to ensure seamless guest journeys
- Support wedding and group bookings with coordinated spa planning
- Communicate clearly about availability, capacity and guest requirements
- Contribute to improving systems and processes as we grow
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Qualified massage therapist (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on treatment experience
- Strong understanding of guest care in a hospitality environment
- Confident using booking systems and managing schedules
Desirable
- Experience in a boutique spa, retreat or luxury hospitality setting
- Experience with spa software systems

Package:
- €28,000 – €35,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- Twice-yearly performance bonus (after probation period)
