About The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours, ensuring excellent guest service, security, and team supervision at all times.
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest queries professionally

Manage the night staff and ensure high service standards are maintained

Handle cashing up, reporting, and end-of-day procedures

Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property
-
Resolve guest issues efficiently and calmly
Requirements

Previous hotel supervisory or management experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently

Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
