Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking for reliable and experienced multi-skilled operatives for works across a variety of property maintenance and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidates will have general knowledge and experience in some or all of the following:
Plastering (Required)
Roofing, guttering, soffits, and downpipes
Basic plumbing (water systems)
Basic joinery
Electrical maintenance
Groundworks
Painting and decorating
Requirements:
Full clean driving licence
Fluent English
Strong awareness of health and safety practices
Willingness to undertake overnight stays
Polite, professional, and presentable
Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks
Well organised and forward-thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Safe Pass, First Aid, Working at Heights, Abrasive Wheels training is an advantage but not critical as training will be provided.
