Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Blanchardstown
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5
Salary: €38,000
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring productivity and operational efficiency.

Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.

Manage goods receiving, storage, stock control, order picking, and dispatch operations.

Ensure all health, safety, and company procedures are followed at all times.
-
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts and audits.
-
Operate forklifts and oversee safe warehouse equipment usage.
-
Coordinate deliveries and logistics to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
-
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.

Valid Forklift Licence (essential).

Full Clean Driver's Licence (essential).

Strong leadership and people management skills.
-
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
-
Experience with warehouse management systems and stock control processes.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Strong focus on health and safety compliance.
