Wheelchair Cars Ireland are looking to recruit a suitably experienced and motivated Workshop Manager to start in the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day operations of the workshop
- Lead, motivate and support a team of mechanics and workshop assistants
- Plan and allocate work to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Assist with office work, invoicing , estimates and customer queries
- Multitask whilst working in a fast paced environment
Key Requirements:
- Previous workshop experience essential and/or a qualified mechanic with good diagnostic skills
- Strong administration skills
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Effective time management skills to plan and schedule jobs
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full, clean driving licence and fluent in English
