Key Responsibilities
- Activity Planning: Plan and implement daily, tailored resident activities; coordinate weekly schedules with volunteers and external performers.
- Resident Care & Safety: Meet residents' medical, cognitive, and dietary needs during activities while maintaining their safety, privacy, dignity, and hygiene.
- Staff Support & Training: Train, support, and inform employees and volunteers, and participate in performance appraisals.
- Health & Hygiene Standards: Maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards, and report incidents or equipment failures.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with the multi-disciplinary team, handle resident or guest complaints, and follow center policies for smooth operations.
