Comfort Keepers is looking for a Planning & Capacity Executive to help drive effective scheduling, forward planning and capacity utilisation across our national network.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused, with experience in workforce planning, scheduling, rostering or service operations.

Drive effective forward planning and scheduling across our branch network

Monitor capacity, scheduling performance and key operational KPIs

Identify scheduling challenges and work with teams to implement solutions

Support branches to maximise carer capacity and available hours

Drive effective annual leave planning, particularly during peak periods

Support the permanent scheduling of new homecare packages

Train and mentor Care Planners on planning and capacity processes

Analyse trends and support branches with improvement action plans

Prepare weekly management reports and presentations

Support projects, process improvements and operational initiatives

Work collaboratively with Recruitment, Referrals and other teams to support business growth

Experience in planning, scheduling, rostering, workforce coordination or operations

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Confident working with data, KPIs and performance reports

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work across multiple teams and priorities

A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions
