Our European Corporate Trust business is currently recruiting for a CLO Analytics Manager in Dublin (CITY QUAY) This person will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team as well as working collaboratively with their peers and manager to meet the divisional objectives and goals for the European CLO Business.
Day to day management of the team, establishing and monitoring performance goals, coaching of employees and recognizing and rewarding performance results.
Hiring and training of new and existing team members.
Providing supervisory oversight of all tasks pertaining to the team and serving as an expert resource for complex problem solving.
Responsible for developing value added partnerships with Relationship Management and Deal Administration to assist in client deliverables and improving defining process and techniques to improve efficiency and delivery.
Responsible for ongoing transaction deliverables (eg. Financial Models, Waterfalls, Investor Reports, Hypothetical test trades).
Liaising with business partners (Technology, Legal, Compliance, Trustee, Relationship Management, Deal Admin and Sales) to ensure highest client service levels in compliance with US Bank standards.
Providing innovative client solutions and a high level of client service and delivery.
Key Requirements / Experience Required:
Advanced technical expertise and knowledge of the CLO product and corporate trust.
Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sound problem-solving skills and complex analytic transaction skills
Ability to building and maintain partnerships both internally and externally
