Key Responsibilities
· Manage CE marking, CPR requirements, product testing and certification to relevant EN/ISO standards.
· Maintain technical files, test reports, certificates, Declarations of Performance (DoPs) and other required documentation.
· Monitor and implement Irish and EU requirements affecting Eurodeck, including PPWR, CBAM, EUDR, REACH, GARAN / consumer guarantee labelling and related environmental regulations.
· Manage FSC certification, chain-of-custody records, audits and supplier documentation.
· Coordinate internal and external product testing, including mechanical, durability, weathering, slip and fire testing where required.
· Review product labels, warranties, technical literature and environmental claims for compliance.
· Support Purchasing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing on compliance matters.
· Maintain a central compliance register covering standards, testing, certification, renewals and regulatory deadlines.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience in product compliance, certification, regulatory affairs, quality or a related technical role in manufacturing, construction products, plastics or building materials.
· Knowledge of CE marking, CPR, EN/ISO standards, product testing or technical documentation.
· Ability to research new legislation and turn regulatory requirements into practical actions.
· Strong organisation, documentation and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
Desirable experience: EN 15534, FSC, EUDR, PPWR, CBAM, REACH, EPDs, ISO 9001 or accredited product testing.
A relevant qualification in Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Environmental Science, Quality, Regulatory Affairs or a related discipline would be beneficial, although practical experience is equally important.
