We are seeking a reliable and organised Full-Time Receptionist/Secretary to join our busy office. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Taking and processing fuel orders
- Issuing order numbers as required
- Inputting and updating data accurately
- Liaising with tenants regarding rental properties
- General office and reception duties
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Competent computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office or reception experience an advantage
