We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a deli, café, restaurant, or similar food-service environment, with a good understanding of preparing and cooking basic breakfast dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking a range of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring the kitchen is ready for breakfast service.
- Working efficiently during busy service periods.
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked kitchen.
- Assisting with food preparation and other kitchen duties as required.
- Ensuring food is prepared consistently and presented to a good standard.
- Working as part of a team to provide friendly and efficient service.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a deli, café, restaurant, or kitchen environment.
- Experience cooking basic breakfast dishes.
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen during breakfast service.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on different kitchen duties.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality food.
