Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced Rigid (Category C) and Articulated (Category CE) drivers for multiple positions across Charleville, Carrigtwohill, and Blarney Business Park in Cork.
Our clients operate multi-drop delivery services supplying small convenience stores and supermarkets across the region. Drivers will be responsible for completing scheduled deliveries, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
Pay rates vary depending on the depot location and role.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries to convenience stores and supermarkets
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before starting work
- Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of goods
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and records
- Provide professional and courteous customer service at delivery locations
- Comply with road safety regulations, tachograph rules, and company procedures
Requirements
- Valid Category C or CE Driving Licence
- Valid CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of road safety and driving regulations
- Ability to work early morning start times
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
