Job description:
We are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Assistant, the ideal candiate should have similar cleaning experience in a 4/5 star propery however full training will be provided for this role.
Monart Destination Spa is a unique adults only experience. This 5 star property delivers exceptional service in a truly relaxed setting. We have been recognised as one of the world's leading destination spas. Our award winning hotel has 68 delux bedrooms and 2 suites and are seeking an accommodation assistant to join our accommodation team.
Key Responsibilities & Duties include:
-Cleaning Hotel bedrooms to company standards (12 bedrooms per day)
-To maximise guest satisfaction by maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in your assigned bedrooms, corridors and public areas.
-To ensure stocks of bathroom and bedrooms items are replenished to correct standards.
-To report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors or public areas to the supervisor or manager.
The ideal candidates for this position should have minimum 1 years experience in a 4/5 star hotel, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
