Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

Proactively identify, develop and secure new domestic corporate business opportunities across Ireland, with a focus on meetings, conferences, accommodation, incentives, corporate golf days, Christmas parties and corporate events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients through regular communication, face-to-face meetings and networking.
- Conduct regular client appointments, office visits and host personalised site inspections to showcase The K Club and drive business conversion.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, market research, cold outreach, referrals and networking activities.
- Represent The K Club at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and industry functions to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Plan and undertake regional sales trips throughout Ireland to strengthen existing relationships and develop new corporate accounts.
- Manage domestic corporate enquiries from initial contact through to conversion, preparing tailored proposals and ensuring timely follow-up to maximise revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with the Revenue, Conference & Events, Golf, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of client events and an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within Opera/CRM, ensuring opportunities, follow-up actions and account information are kept up to date.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities to identify new revenue streams and target sectors.

Produce regular sales reports, pipeline updates and revenue forecasts, tracking performance against agreed sales objectives.
- Act as a professional ambassador for The K Club, consistently promoting the resort's luxury offering and delivering exceptional client service.

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role

Available for frequent travel

Be highly motivated and driven to achieve target

Have existing contacts in domestic or international markets

Will have excellent negotiation and decision making skills

Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
