We’re hiring for our Farm Cafe! We’re looking for a cafe supervisor to join our team for 39 hours a week, Wednesday - Sunday. We’re eager to work with someone who has experience leading a busy counter service within a friendly team environment and has a passion for engaging with customers while providing excellent service. You will also be able to gain experience in the farm to fork process by learning more about seasonal, organic farming practices and how they inform our weekly menu. Staff lunches and coffee are provided along with staff discount in our Farm Shop & Cafe. Please note as a rural business , own transport is required.
Key Responsibilites:
- To assist management in running a customer experience focused front of house team
- To liase with management about the team and front of house needs
- Engaging team members strengths to run a busy, seamless service
- To ensure the cafe and customer service meets company standards
Pay: €16.00 per hour
