Hours: Night Shifts (typically 8:00 PM - 04:00 AM)

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Night Shift Chef to join our kitchen team and keep the heart of our operation running through the night. Whether it's prepping for the day ahead, cooking up late-night meals, or ensuring everything is spotless and ready for service, you'll play a vital role in our culinary success.

Prepare and cook meals to a high standard during night hours

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen

Carry out food prep for the next day's service

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation

Ensure all food is stored and handled correctly

Occasionally work independently or with a small team during quiet periods

Previous kitchen experience (ideally in a chef or cook role)

Ability to work independently and stay motivated overnight

Strong attention to detail and food safety standards

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Food hygiene certification (preferred but not essential)
