Dax Restaurant, a fine dining restaurant located in Dublin 2 is looking for a Chef de Partie!
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting the head chef and Sous Chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness.
- Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Cooking with the best of Irish Ingredients.
The ideal candidate will be:
- HACCP trained
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
- Passionate about creating great food
- Meticulous about attention to detail and in relation to food service (quality, portion size, presentation and consistency)
