SOR Pricing & Quotations Administrator Location: South Dublin |

We are looking for a detail-focused SOR Pricing & Quotations Administrator to join our team. This is office-based role responsible for pricing completed jobs, drafting client quotes, and ensuring billing accuracy across multiple Schedules of Rates (SORs) contracts.

The Role
- Price completed jobs against the correct SOR schedule(s) for the relevant client/contract
- Draft and issue quotations for proposed works based on job descriptions, site notes, or surveyor reports
- Apply correct SOR codes, item descriptions, and quantities to build accurate valuations
- Work confidently across multiple SOR schedules, knowing which rate book applies to which client/contract
- Review completed job sheets to check SOR codes have been applied correctly
- Identify incorrectly applied, duplicated, or mismatched SOR codes and amend them in line with contract rules
- Spot legitimate additional/extra works carried out on site and apply the correct SOR code(s) so they're captured on the invoice
- Flag jobs that fall outside SOR scope and need separate quotation or client approval
- Extract priced SOR line items into client billing/invoicing reports, in the format each client requires
- Read and reconcile client billing reports for accuracy before submission, catching any pricing or coding errors before they reach invoicing
- Liaise with operatives/engineers to clarify job scope where documentation is unclear
- Liaise with clients or their surveyors to resolve pricing queries
- Support month-end valuations and contribute to WIP (work in progress) reporting
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with Schedules of Rates (e.g. NHF,M3NHF SOR or client-bespoke schedules) — essential
- Background in social housing repairs, responsive maintenance, facilities management, or construction commercial/admin support
- Strong numeracy and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident working across multiple pricing schedules without confusing rates between contracts
- Proficient in Excel; experience with job management/systems
- Able to interpret job/repair descriptions and translate them into correct SOR line items
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a pricing, estimating, or quantity surveying support role
- Knowledge of building/repairs terminology (plumbing, electrical, joinery, roofing, etc.)
