Restaurant Team Member (Full time positions are for 37 hours per week)
Principle Duties:

To report for duty on time and dressed in the correct uniform of the Hotel Services department.

To ensure the restaurant or conference rooms are ready for service according to Hotel Services department standards.

To ensure staff, patients and visitors are treated with courtesy at all times.

To perform opening and closing duties.
-
To be responsible for safe cash handling.

To adhere to all HACCP requirements.
-
To ensure all food is kept in the best condition possible.
-
To ensure good hand hygiene practices.
-
To ensure that the restaurant, conference rooms, and storage areas are kept clean at all times.

To ensure all equipment is kept in good working order and to report any maintenance issues.

To work co operatively with fellow colleagues, practicing team spirit and contributing to the smooth operation of the Hotel Services Department.

To attend training courses and meetings as required.

To comply with the Galway Clinic regulations regarding to: Fire, Health & Safety, Hand Hygiene, Infection Control, Security & Patient Confidentiality.
Please note:
Candidates must hold a valid permit to work in Ireland

Experience is not essential as full training will be provided in line with company requirements
