Company:
Our client, a leading retail distributer are now looking for 3 Artic Drivers to join their team! Deliveries are primarily around Leinster, these deliveries will be made to retail stores on combis, and the products will range from Ambient to Chilled and Frozen. The ideal candidates for these roles will be well presented when delivering to our client's customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Safe and timely delivery
- Transport goods (food and retail products) to stores and distribution points, ensuring deliveries are made on time while following all road safety regulations.
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance
- Carry out daily checks on the truck (tyres, brakes, lights, refrigeration units if applicable) and report any faults to ensure the vehicle is safe and compliant.
- Loading and documentation
- Assist with loading/unloading goods when required, verify delivery orders, and complete all necessary paperwork (delivery dockets, logs) accurately.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full Clean CE Licence
- Up-to-date CPC Card
- Tachograph Card
- 6 months Artic driving experience
Hours of Work:
- 4am starts
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays are required during busy periods
