Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and structures.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings to complete tasks accurately.
- Work with materials such as wood, concrete, metal, and others to construct and finish projects.
- Ensure the site is clean and safe, following all safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and goals.
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Report any issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexible; available for rotating weekend shifts
