Position Summary:
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing Team and support a growing family of international brands within the recruitment and cultural exchange sector – Alliance Abroad, Teacher Lounge, Stepwest, Wild Packs, and GeoVisions.
This role sits at the heart of our global marketing function, creating high-quality visual assets that support lead generation, brand building, employer marketing, and participant recruitment across multiple programs and destinations. You’ll work across digital, social, paid media, web, and event assets, bringing clarity, consistency, and creativity to how our brands show up around the world.
Operating from our Ireland base, you’ll collaborate daily with marketers, content creators, paid media specialists, and regional teams across Europe, North America, Latin America, Australia, and the Middle East. This is a hands-on role for a designer who enjoys variety, can move quickly without sacrificing quality, and understands how design supports commercial and strategic goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Brand & Visual Design
- Design and produce high-quality visual assets across the Alliance Strategies portfolio of brands, ensuring strong brand consistency while allowing each brand’s personality to shine
- Apply and evolve existing brand guidelines across campaigns, channels, and markets
- Support campaign rollouts with cohesive visual systems
- Ensure all design work aligns with accessibility, legibility, and usability best practices Campaign & Performance-Led Design
- Create design assets for paid social and digital campaigns, including static ads, carousels, stories, and display creatives
- Collaborate closely with the Paid Media and Content teams to design assets that are optimized for performance (CTR, engagement, conversions)
- Iterate and adapt creatives based on performance insights and testing results
Content, Social & Digital Assets
- Design assets for organic social media, email marketing, landing pages, webinars, and digital content
- Support the creation of templates and modular assets that regional teams can localise and deploy efficiently
- Contribute to visual storytelling that brings participant journeys, employer stories, and global opportunities to life
- Work within fast turnaround timelines while maintaining a high standard of design
Print, Events & Employer Marketing
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, pull-up banners, and event materials for recruitment fairs, conferences, and employer events
- Support employer-facing materials including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and branded collateral
- Ensure print-ready files meet technical specifications and brand standards Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the wider Global Marketing Team and regional sales teams to interpret campaign briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions
- Manage multiple design requests across brands and markets, prioritising workload effectively
- Participate in creative reviews and contribute ideas to improve visual impact and consistency
- Maintain organised design files, version control, and shared asset libraries
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Required – Minimum
- 4–6 years’ professional experience in a graphic design role, ideally within an in-house marketing team or agency environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first design, campaign work, and consistent brand application
- Proven experience designing for social media, digital advertising, web, and print formats
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working to briefs, managing feedback, and delivering high-quality work to deadlines
- Comfortable working across multiple brands and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), with experience creating scalable design templates and shared assets in Canva for use across global teams
- Ability to design for multiple brands while maintaining consistency and quality
- Understanding of how design supports marketing goals, particularly lead generation and engagement
- Strong attention to detail and file hygiene

- Experience managing paid campaigns across multiple countries/markets
- Understanding of international advertising considerations (language targeting, currency management, time zone optimization)
- Experience in recruitment, education, or travel sectors
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it complements paid search
Work Schedule Expectations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €40,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
