Duties:
- Offer exceptional customer service while building strong relationships
- Assist customers with their plumbing and heating requirements
- Providing customer quotations
- Receiving, processing and organising customer orders
- Picking stock accurately, efficiently and checking prior to dispatch
- Ensuring all sales and returns are dealt with in a timely manner
- Liasing with suppliers regarding pricing and orders
- Liase with management regarding stock shortages & other issues
- A range of duties to support the operational efficiency
- Keep up to date with new products & services
- Stocktaking
- Any other duties as reasonably requested by Management
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Well organized and structured, strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Previous experience of dealing with plumbing and heating products an advantage
- Fluent in English
Salary - Negotiable DOE
