There is currently one permanent whole-time vacancy available in Dublin Southwest Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons Community Specialist Team, Integrated Care Hub, Block B, Level 1, Clondalkin Primary Care Centre, Boot Road, Dublin 22. D22V2C2
A panel will be formed as a result of this campaign for Social Worker, senior medical vacancies in Dublin & Midlands and will be used to fill current and future, permanent and specified purpose posts of whole-time or part-time duration that arise in the areas of:
1. Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP)
2. Safeguarding
3. Primary care
4. Neurology & gerontology including community neuro rehab team (CNRT), residential care facilities
5. Adult disabilities
6. Memory Assessment and Support Services
Individual sites / location will be indicated at expression of interest stage to panel members for each individual job.
HSE Dublin and Midlands: Longford, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Kildare, and parts of Dublin South and Wicklow
Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in the area of adult health service delivery as relevant to the role. The successful candidate must:
- have access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role, this will need to be confirmed prior to contracting
