The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Parts Assistant to join our busy after-sales team and support a growing workload. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Identify, price, and order parts as required.
- Process incoming stock and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with Vehicle Health Check (VHC) pricing.
- Carry out stock analysis and regular stock checks.
- Liaise with service and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
- 1–3 years’ experience in a franchised after-sales/parts department.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Computer-literate, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with a VW Group partner (advantage, but not essential).
- Ability to reliably commute to Lucan, Co. Dublin.
- Drivers licence
