We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Part-Time Bartender to join our busy team.
The ideal candidate will have previous cocktail-making experience, strong product knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering excellent hospitality. You should be confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Maintaining excellent presentation and cleanliness behind the bar
- Following all recipes, portion controls and licensing requirements
- Processing orders and payments accurately
- Supporting stock control and bar preparation
Requirements:
- Previous bartending and cocktail-making experience is essential
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy services
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
This is a part-time position with approximately 15–20 hours per week, depending on business requirements.
