As a Chef at Trough Café, you will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and innovative dishes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and daily specials, according to established recipes and standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our quality and safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and cooking techniques.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of food orders, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
