Job Title: Part-Time Pizza Chef
Location: Ninos, Portrane, Co. Dublin
Pay: From €14.50 per hour, depending on experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time pizza chef to join our busy restaurant kitchen at Ninos, specialising in wood-fired pizza and fresh pasta.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of pizza-making experience and previous experience working in a restaurant kitchen. Further training will be provided in our dough preparation, fermentation and pizza-making processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing, stretching, topping and cooking pizzas
- Completing daily preparation for the pizza section
- Producing consistently high-quality food during busy services
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and cleaning standards
- Managing stock and minimising food waste
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team
Requirements:
- At least one year of pizza-making experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
- Able to work efficiently during busy services
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene
This position would particularly suit someone living in Donabate, Swords, Rush, Lusk or the surrounding area.
