What will I be doing as a Costa Manager at Applegreen?
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Costa coffee operations, ensuring compliance with Costa's standards and quality guidelines.
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
