We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our Coffee Shop & Deli team in Roscommon Town.
We are flexible on the hours for the right candidate and would be happy to consider either:
- Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week (preferred)
- Part-time : weekdays between 9am - 6pm
This could be an ideal position for someone looking for a full-time role or for someone who is available during the day Monday to Friday and would prefer shorter working hours.
The Role
You will be part of our front-of-house team, helping us provide a fast, friendly and high-quality service to our customers.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and serving coffees and other hot drinks
- Preparing sandwiches, rolls and other deli items
- Serving customers at the counter
- Operating the till and handling payments
- Keeping the coffee shop, deli and customer areas clean and well presented
- Replenishing displays and maintaining stock levels
- Following food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures
- Helping with general day-to-day duties as part of the wider bakery team
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Friendly and comfortable dealing with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for their work
- Naturally clean, organised and attentive to presentation
Previous experience in a coffee shop, café, deli, bakery, retail or hospitality environment would be an advantage.
Barista experience would also be beneficial, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
Hours
We have flexibility depending on the successful applicant.
Option 1 – Full-Time
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Option 2 – Weekday Part-Time
We are also interested in hearing from candidates who are available Monday to Friday during the daytime, but who may prefer shorter working hours.

Pay: €14.20-€14.50 per hour
