We’re recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Project Coordinator to act as the key link between head office and site teams across live construction projects.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of project delivery.
- Coordinate project activity between office and site teams
- Support tender preparation and manage supplier/subcontractor pricing
- Track variations, progress and project documentation
- Work closely with Project Manager and site teams to keep projects on track
- Support H&S compliance and documentation across projects
- 5+ years’ experience in construction (site admin, coordination or similar)
- Strong understanding of drawings, specs and site processes
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset
