Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to a consistently high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Support and mentor junior bartenders and bar staff during service.
- Ensure efficient service during high-volume trading periods.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist management with opening and closing procedures as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience working in a high-volume venue.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts.
- Valid permission to work in Ireland.
