Role: Lead HSE Advisor
Client: Main Contractor
Essentials: Level 7 or equivalent qualification in Health & Safety, 3+ years in construction Health and Safety.
Location: South Dublin
Salary: Up to €65,000

Reporting to: Health and Safety Manager
- Promote a positive HS&E culture focused on prevention, wellbeing, and environmental best practice.
- Ensure employees and subcontractors comply with all health, safety, and workplace regulations.
- Deliver HS&E guidance through inductions, toolbox talks, mentoring, and safety communications.
- Conduct site inspections, accident investigations, and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accident, incident, and dangerous occurrence records.
- Review and approve RAMS, SPAs, and other safety documentation.
- Liaise with site management teams to ensure health and safety compliance across projects.
- Lead safety meetings and support ongoing behavioural and cultural improvement initiatives.
- Monitor compliance through audits and inspections, acting as the company representative when required.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk assessments and safe working procedures.
