The Opportunity
We're a growing manufacturer, and we're looking for a reliable, hands-on operative to join our production team. This is a varied role suited to someone who takes pride in getting things right — managing materials, blending to spec, and keeping operations running smoothly day to day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping stock levels aligned with demand so nothing holds up production
- Helping maintain consistent quality across finished product batches
- Receiving and storing raw materials correctly on intake
- Blending to order specifications ahead of customer dispatch
- Working alongside maintenance and electrical teams to keep the facility running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Someone confident around machinery and physical work
- Strong organisational instincts and a practical, can-do approach
- Good spoken and written English
- A self-starter who's just as comfortable working solo as part of a team
Useful Experience
- Previous material handling experience
- Exposure to agri or food production environments is a plus
- Some mechanical know-how or troubleshooting ability
