We are inviting applications for casual and part time contract for Food Beverage professionals who have knowledge and experience in food service with an eye for detail and takes pride in delivering 5* service to join and enhance our established team in The Ring of Kerry Golf Club.
As part of the Food and Beverage team, you will be operating in an exciting, fast-paced quality service outlet. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the food beverage management team. This is a great opportunity to grow develop a career.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a clean restaurant area.
- Collaborate with other departments and comply with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain professionalism and respect towards guests and team members.
- Learn the restaurant’s table plan and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Role
- Greet and escort customers, presenting menus and specials.
- Prepare tables with linens and silverware, and take accurate orders using POS software.
- Verify IDs for alcohol consumption, communicate with kitchen staff, and serve food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dishes and dining area.
- Deliver checks and handle payments, along with meeting staff to discuss daily specials.
Requirements and Skills
- Basic math skills and previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and punctuality.
- Patience and attentiveness for customers, with excellent presentation skills.
