Are you ready to take ownership of your route and become part of the team at our Blanchardstown hub?
The Role
As a 3.5T Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for completing daily multi-drop deliveries to our stores and grocery partners, ensuring our handcrafted doughnuts arrive fresh and ready for customers to enjoy.
You will:
Take ownership of your daily delivery route- Deliver products safely, efficiently and on time
- Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready
- Accurately record waste and support demand planning
- Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
- Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance
This is a hands-on role where you are trusted to represent the Krispy Kreme brand on the road and in-store.
What We’re Looking For
Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle)- Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)
- No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
- A people-focused individual who supports an inclusive culture
Role Details
Start time: Between 4:00am - 4:30am- 45 hours per week
- 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
- Shift length: 9 hours per day
- 18–22 drops per day
- Competitive salary, paid monthly
