Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times

Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals

Be a role model for our brand with our personal presentation standards

Handle stock effectively and ensure your area maintains excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
Requirements

Have previous experience in a similar retail role, preferably within luxury or fashion

Be a customer service ambassador with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand at all times
