Over the past number of years, we have experienced substantial growth, including the continued success of our Charlestown, Co. Mayo office. Due to the strong performance of this office, several of our advisors have progressed into new opportunities, including opening and leading offices in other towns. As a result, we now have exciting new openings in our Charlestown location for trainee advisors looking to begin their careers, with clear pathways into team leader, branch manager and senior management roles for successful individuals.
With ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond, we are now recruiting Trainee and Qualified Financial Advisors specifically for our Charlestown office.

The Role
As a Financial Advisor with Actual Insurances, you will play a key role in delivering trusted advice and exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high standard of professional customer service
- Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand client needs and financial objectives
- Recommend and sell suitable financial and insurance products
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM and administration systems
- Ensure all activity is carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Salary & Package
- Basic Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped CommissionOTE €70,000+, with top performers earning significantly more
- Pension contributions to company scheme
