We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join the retail team at Joanne Hynes Vital Pharmacy.
This is a full-time, customer-facing role based on the shop floor, helping customers, maintaining displays and supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with retail and over-the-counter products.
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive displays.
- Support merchandising and promotional activities.
- Help keep the shop clean, organised and welcoming.
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure excellent customer care.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience is preferred (pharmacy experience is an advantage but not essential).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, organised and motivated.
Hours
- Full-time position.
- Availability to work Saturdays is essential.
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required.
