About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling invoicing across various accounting software packages
- Credit Control - oversee collections on allocated debtor’s ledger, resolving customer invoice queries in a timely manner and meet collections targets
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Running payroll for all employees
- General ledger postings
- Assisting in the preparation of management and annual accounts
- Overseeing insurance renewals
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
This is a paart time position based in our office in Brownsbarn, Kingswood, Dublin

Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
