We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and deliver challenging civil engineering projects in Co. Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Manage all stages of civil engineering projects from initial planning through to completion and handover.
Lead and coordinate project teams including engineers, designers, subcontractors, and support staff.
Ensure successful delivery of both design & build and build-only contracts for public and private sector clients.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Liaise with internal and external design teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA, BIM, and H&S disciplines.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance, addressing issues related to cost, programme, scope, and quality.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all works.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management.
Support continuous improvement and promote company values across all project activities.
Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive commercial performance and ensure projects meet financial targets.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
8+ years’ experience in civil engineering or water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems, design, and operational processes.
Proven experience delivering multiple infrastructure projects successfully.
Strong contract management and commercial awareness.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
Chartered Engineer status is desirable but not essential.
Full clean Irish/UK/EU driving licence.
Eligible to work in Ireland (Stamp 4, Critical Skills Permit, or valid work authorisation).
