O’Connors of Mount Street is a cosy, traditional pub located in the heart of Dublin 2, just beside Merrion Square. We pride ourselves on a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a diverse mix of customers.
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Bartender to join our team.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be an integral part of the bar’s daily operations. You’ll lead by example, deliver excellent service, and help maintain the high standards O’Connors is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service at all times
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard, including perfect pints and classic cocktails
- Exsnsure the bar is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Help create a relaxed and welcoming environment for all customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ bartending experience in a busy bar
- Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, and cocktails
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure and lead by example
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
