Roccul Ltd is an ambitious and growing construction company based in IFSC. We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to assist in daily office operations and provide administrative and financial support to our construction projects. The successful candidate will act as a key link between site teams, management, suppliers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls and email queries from customers, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate logistics, including booking taxis, couriers, handling order fulfilment and managing post
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems.
- Provide customer care support, handling enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist sales, operations, and production departments with administrative tasks..
- Ensure smooth office operations with general administrative support.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the business.
- Handle flight bookings.
- Supplier set up.
Skills & Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in office administration and customer care.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in handling phone and email interactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and take initiative.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, with a customer-focused approach.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluent in English.
